Please read and accept these to create your account. We keep a record of what you accepted and when.

In short

  • Plate2Peer is a marketplace run by Katlego Nexus (Pty) Ltd. You buy from independent sellers, who are responsible for their products and delivery.
  • Your payment is held until you have your order. You can cancel before paying; after paying you ask the seller, and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Our responsibility is limited as the Terms explain (the parts marked “Important”). Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
  • We use your name, number and email to run your account and orders, and never sell them.
  • As a seller you also agree to the Seller Agreement: payouts, refunds, buyers' information and responsibility for your products.
